В статье рассмотрена концепция открытых данных и приведены результаты исследования открытости стран мира. В настоящее время наблюдается устойчивая тенденция к повышению открытости государств и деятельности их правительств. Подлинный потенциал открытых данных заключается в возможности создания новых сервисов, которые способны улучшить качество жизни. Распространению открытых данных способствует комплекс существующих технических решений. Представленный анализ состояния и тенденций открытых данных был выполнен в рамках исследования потребности и актуальности публикации открытых данных Администрации города Сургута. Результаты анализа привели к положительному решению о разработке портала открытых данных Администрации города Сургута.
The paper considers the concept of open data and the results of the countries openness study. Today there is a steady trend towards greater transparency of counties and their government’s activities. The true potential of open data is the ability to create new services that can improve the quality of life. The spread of open data contributes to a range of existing technical solutions. The presented analysis of the open data status and trends was performed within the study framework of needs and relevance publication of the Surgut city administration open data. The results of the analysis led to an approval to the open data portal of the Surgut city administration.
