The scientific journal “Proceedings in Cybernetics” was founded in 2002 and is an online publication. It comes out 4 times a year.

Since 29.05.2017 the journal is included in the List of Leading Peer-Reviewed Scientific Journals

Published in the Russian Federation by the Higher Attestation Commission, which publishes main scientific results of Doctor’s and Candidate’s Dissertations, on the following subject groups: 05.13.01 – System Analysis, Data Management and Processing; 05.13.18 – Mathematical Modeling, Calculus and Program Complexes; 05.27.01 – Solid-State Electronics, Radio Electronics, Micro and Nano Electronics, Quantum Instruments.
